No es el centro, solo un barrio más, me recomendaron ir allí a comprar, pues tienen de todo. Fui a dar una vuelta.. y a cenar. De hecho no escogí el sitio, cogí un bus y al cabo de un rato me bajé. Luego en casa mirando por donde había estado vi que eso era Toa Payoh...

It's not city centre, only a neighborhood where you can find anything you need.
I went there for a walk and for dinner. Actually I didn't decide to go there. One evening I took the bus I end up somewhere and later on at home I discover that I've been in Toa Payoh...

El centro no es mi sitio favorito (veo que es una combinación de centros comerciales y más centros comerciales..), pero el perfil de la ciudad por la noche es precioso. Creo que cambié de idea cuando Ken y Ady me hicieron la visita guiada...., gracias amigos :)

Singapore city centre al night
The city center is not my favorite place (I see a combination of malls and more and more shopping centers), but at night the city is very special and the skyline is so beautiful. To be honest after the tour of Ady and Ken I changed my mind, gracias amigos :)

FoodFair

Food court, Hawker center o como lo veo yo.. comedores sociales. Comidas desde 2-3$S (1-1.5 euros). Estos sitios hacen que mi vida sea mucho más facil y que lleve sin cocinar desde febrero.
FoodFair es una cadena que ha hecho lo mismo, pero más bonito. Pierde un poco la tradición, pero la comida es bastante buena.

Y cómo eran antiguamente... mirad, al final que hay 3 fotos de época.. (estas fotos pertenecen a un momento que el govierno decidio cambiar el sitio de los food courts. De estar en la calle a habilitar sitios especialmente para ellos).

FoodFair
Food court, Hawker center. Food from 2-3$S (1-1.5 euros). This kind of places makes my life very easy (I didn't cook since February!).
FoodFair has implemented the same idea, but a bit nicer. Therefore, this place is not as authentic as others, but the food is really good.
